Shipping policy

Typical UK shipping rates

For parcels under 2kg we use DPD for express and Royal Mail 2nd class tracked for economy. Priced between £4 - £6.50 depending on size and value. 

For parcels between 2 - 40kg we use DPD next day. Priced between £8 - £25 depending on weight. All parcels are tracked.

Parcels over 40kg need to be sent on a pallet for handling purposes. We use Translink Express Logistics for all our pallets. Prices are £60 per pallet or multiples of £60 if the item stretches over more than one pallet.

We may change the service purchased at checkout if we feel it will benefit the customer.


International shipping 

For international shipping we use a few different delivery companies to help give you a competitive price. Below are some of the companies we use

  • Royal Mail

Prices vary depending on country, weight, value. For an international shipping quote please add all parts to the cart and click INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUOTE from the cart page. We will send you a few different options with prices and estimated delivery time for you to decide on. Or if you'd like to arrange your own shipping you're more than welcome.

Please note we are not responsible for any customs duty you receive when importing goods.

We can remove UK VAT form your order when we're given a delivery address outside the UK.


Packaging

The cost of packaging is included in the shipping cost. All our parts are packed suitably to ensure safe arrival.


Glass

All our glass (apart from mirrors) is sent in a wooden box for safe arrival. We will not send any glass without one for what ever reason. Wooden boxes cost £60 plus shipping on top of that.


Processing time

We aim to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase with the exception of weekends, bank holidays or back orders. Back orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 days of purchase. If it will take longer than a week we will contact you. 


Courier services

Our domestic couriers are a next day service but this is not guaranteed. We will not give any compensation for a late delivery unless we are responsible for the delay. Please contact us or add a message to your order if you would like a tracking number.


Royal mail

We use Royal Mail 1st class shipping for our smaller packages under 2kg. First class is a next day service but it is not guaranteed. We will not give any compensation far a late delivery unless we are responsible for the delay.
